Solicitor (2+ years PAE)
We are seeking one or two full-time employment lawyer(s) with 2+ years PAE to join our Prudentia Legal team in Sydney and/or Melbourne. The positions have opportunities to develop expertise in property, commercial, family, trust, litigation, criminal and employment law.
Requirements:
Applicants that can demonstrate the following attributes and experience will be preferred:
Be admitted to practice in Australia and have a tertiary legal qualification
Have a minimum of 2 years + PAE gained in a practice
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
A high level of attention to detail and technical excellence
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong time management and organizational skills, together with the capacity in managing and conduct multiple tasks with competing priorities
Able to complete tasks with minimum or non-supervision
Experience with LEAP would be desirable but not essential
Knowledge and understanding of Chinese is preferred
Salary package is negotiable depending on the candidate attributes and experiences. This is a perfect opportunity for candidates who wish to further develop their legal skills while exposing to various challenging tasks.
